Void Where Prohibited
I'm no longer with John Richardson.  I wish he and Hudson (his excellent drummer) well.
I'm on longer with Void either.  I wish Eric, JT and Norlin well.  I did, however, play at a VWP reunion this last July in Durango, Colorado and will see both Larry and Eric later in August.
I recently started taking lessons from Johnny Harper.  I took lessons from him a few years ago and found it very enlightening.  I've never known anyone with the breadth of knowledge in so many genres as he has.  I stopped when I realized I had no sense of direction.  I still don't, but after Durango I felt the need to somehow progress.  We'll see.  If you get the chance to see this guy perform, either with his band or solo, by all means do it.

I also felt the desire to improve my vocal ability.  Enter Richard Jennings.  He seems to really know what he's doing.  Oddly enough, it's the Bel Canto operatic technique developed over 400 years ago.  I'm not doing opera, but neither did Earl Oliver.  When I played bass for him several years back, he told me he was classically trained and I always thought he had a great voice.  You can hear it regularly in the Fort Bragg area.

In the meantime, I'm trying to come up with a set of songs I might do if I got up the gumption to do an open mic or even some farmer's market.  I'd prefer a duet or trio, but I haven't really found partners.

I keep looking.
Damn Neighbors
This is John Richardson.  I was in his band until 2009.  Catch him if you can, he's gooooood!
The band that wouldn't die!  I could never get 'em to practice, but we had a reunion gig on August 31, 2008.  Pretty ragged, but we pulled it off.  Pam flew in from Las Vegas to sing!  Now we're going to play a wedding in late August.

The Song
After thinking it was long forgotten, 2 people tracked me down to get copies of my song "My Brain Is Too Small", played once on the Dr. Demento Show on 2/3/91.  Here it is!
Also,
here's my retirement song.
This is The Rolling Stones.  I was never in this band. If I had been, I would have left them in 2009.
Get back home, Loretta!
